Love it! Rock it! Own it! (July)
When I get dressed I always think: "Where am I going and what fashion mood am I in?"
The answers to these questions determine which choices I make with my clothes, shoes and accessories - ultimately giving me an outfit I can feel confident and stylish in.
"Fashion shouldn't be taken too seriously. You've got to have fun with it, to make it work"
Every edition I am going to share with you:

**What’s in my Wardrobe**
This month my favourite outfit has been the one I wore to my website launch party.
In the summer I love to wear white. With it being such a blank canvas, the accessorizing opportunities are endless. So with this in mind I picked a white asymmetric dress which I layered over a white netted skirt teaming it with black and gold accessories.
I chose a fabulous, opulent, statement necklace which had jewelled koi fish entwined around it. I also had the matching clutch bag with the jewelled koi fish handle. To complete the outfit I wore the (in)famous black and gold shoes that broke me! Although they looked fabulous on the evening - boy did I suffer the following day! (More about that in my Heavenly Hint below.)
My hair stylist Hilary created a wonderful hair style. Half of my hair was put in a bun with plait detail around the bun, which echoed the skirt’s pattern. The rest of the hair was curled and pinned to the bun, falling down one side of the face to mirror the asymmetric line of the dress. Well done Hilary - it was a spectacular “Big Hair” do.
Once again make up was kept minimal. We went for a natural look using the Tom Ford range in gold and neutrals with a lovely bronze lip gloss to finish off.
My nails were designed by Lucy of Irresistible Beauty. She used a white base, layering on gold and black glitter - the result was incredible.
As I mentioned earlier - the shoes that broke me! I made the catastrophic mistake of wearing brand new suede shoes without putting gel insoles in them. The result was huge blisters on the balls of my feet. (I couldn’t walk for 3 days!) So remember ladies - ALWAYS put gel insoles in your shoes - especially suede ones!
Given the condition of my poor feet, my Heavenly Treat is - look after them! After all they do a lot of work for us.
Treat them to a relaxing soak or foot spa. Slather them with foot cream. Give them a good pedicure and finally, make them look pretty by painting the nails. Make you your priority.
