Jamie Worcester - Spiritual & Reiki Healing

My name is Jamie Worcester, I am 26 years old and I live in South Wales.

I have been attending spiritual and Reiki healing sessions with Joolz Raven Stewart at Ravens Therapies since the age of 20, and have fallen in love with every aspect of it and what it did for me in terms of how it made me feel.

It was quite dramatic as there was an immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation.

When I was a kid, I always wanted to be some sort of healer but I couldn’t quite put my finger on what it was that I wanted to do or what I was searching for. When Jooz told me that I had healing hands and that I should go deeper, explore my gift and become a healer myself it started to make sense and everything began to fall into place as soon as Joolz said those special words - they changed my life…

It was clear from meeting Jamie that he was interested in everything spiritual and holistic. His hour appointments always ran into two hours and he absorbed everything and always had questions, wanting more and more knowledge.

He then began his past life regression and so much began to happen. Jamie asked for hypnotherapy to meet his spirit guide and his spiritual healing journey was well underway.

He started training, completing Reiki 1 and going on to complete Reiki 2. After this he started spiritual healing and this is when it became apparent that he was a natural - he is truly gifted with his healing hands.

I am so very proud of this young man and his passion to help others.

So what is Reiki?

The Usui system of Reiki therapy is an alternative form of medicine which offers deep relaxation, inner peace, and a quiet mind. Reiki therapy redirects the flow of energy, bringing balance to the emotional and physical body, and producing inner harmony. When Reiki therapy treatments are scheduled on a continuing basis, better physical and emotional health is genuinely felt, and the inner light of yourself shines through.

Medical studies on Reiki therapy show a significant reduction in perceived anxiety, an increase in immunological functioning, a significant drop in systolic blood pressure, reduction in pain, and less pain medication required.

Reiki therapy is focused on overall wellness and prevention of disease, reducing anxiety, muscle tension and blood pressure.

The energy-based system of Reiki therapy has endless potential, and can be useful in any medical setting to aid in healing the body, both emotionally and physically.

Reiki therapy treatments give radiance, renewal, well-being and inner and outer beauty, and light to the mind and body.

Now that I am fully qualified, I take spiritual and Reiki healing appointments every Friday at V Hub, Craddock Street, Swansea.
