Samantha K’s Bridal & Occasionwear

Having just been awarded ‘Best Bridal Retailer’ for 2021 in South Wales, it’s fair to say that the team at Samantha K’s have been EXTREMELY busy!! Even when working from home!

Samantha K’s Bridal & Occasionwear can only be described as a must-visit for brides-to-be and ALL VIP females in the wedding party who want to look and FEEL fantastic.

As a company, Samantha K’s has skyrocketed to success in recent years.

Samantha originally sold occasionwear for the ‘modern mum’. However, the demand for her flair and unrivalled customer service, not only quickly secured her multiple awards but also demanded that she diversified further in the wedding industry.

Her success story began with one small ‘occasionwear’ area with two changing rooms. It has now resulted in our current store which has sixteen suites…

As a businesswoman, Samantha has always maintained that the ‘customer is queen’.

“Every customer who walks through our door, must receive the best experience with us, with or without a purchase.”

Samantha always stipulates that in order to offer a specialised service, we should therefore make each and every customer feel special too.

From one bridal floor quickly became two. Soon after, Samantha expanded again, this time with ‘Exclusively Bridesmaids’. This separate entity was born because she wished to offer bridesmaids a range of dresses in various sizes and styles, so that everyone feels included when buying and trying gowns - from the smallest to the tallest in a ‘bride tribe’.

We now have the largest selection of Bridesmaids dresses in South Wales, along with a personalised ‘flower girl room’.

Our brand image has undoubtedly strengthened over the years too.

Evidently, Samantha has always had a keen eye for style, and her creativity is obvious, including the store’s luxe decor, however, as a company we never settle. Even during the pandemic, Samantha has only EVER used this time as an opportunity to strengthen and grow in every way possible - updating brands and securing new designer labels for 2021, with quicker ordering times.

Our website has also had a complete revamp, where Samantha has updated collections across every part of the store, in both the ‘Pearl Bridal Suite’, which is tailored for brides who are a size 16 and above, and the ‘Ivory Bridal Suite’ (gowns in a size 8 and above), along with made-to-measure ‘couture’ occasion wear. The list of her goals and achievements, even in a pandemic, are endless and this is why she is so well loved!

She inspires her staff and customers alike with her determination, passion and care!

We are also launching a BRAND NEW ‘virtual catwalk event’ for brides and their families to view our new stock if they are unable to visit.

Samantha’s attitude? “If they cannot visit us, then we will visit them, even if it is in their sitting rooms!”

As a store, we would describe Samantha K’s as personable with the ultimate goal of perfection. We care about our customers, our stock and our suppliers. We love what we do and hope that our customers feel the same way.

In a time that has been so difficult for so many people in all walks of life, Samantha only ever wishes to thank her customers and staff; however, we want to take this opportunity to thank her.

Without her, the business would never have achieved what it has today and we KNOW it will continue to flourish. After all, Samantha is the driving force behind it, of course!
