However, the last 18 months have been some of the most challenging, difficult times I have faced and they have, without a doubt, been life-changing! This I have reflected in the magazine, as these events have not only changed my life but have also changed me as a person: in what I do, what I think, what I say and, how I prioritise everything.
Now is a time for reflection. And as I look back over the past decade, it is with a feeling of immense pride at what we’ve achieved, and a belief that I know what direction I am heading in, which I look forward to sharing with you all in the new year.
