Raspberry Crumble Blondie Cups
Ingredients
130g unsalted butter
190g white chocolate
180g golden granulated sugar (or white sugar)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
180g plain flour
15g custard powder
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
150g frozen raspberries
For the crumble
50g plain flour
25g light brown sugar
25g unsalted butter
Frozen raspberries
For the topping
300ml double cream
25g custard powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Gas Mark 4 / Electric 170℃ / Fan oven 150℃ for 25-30 minutes.
