Pride Celebration Cake Cups

Preheat oven to gas mark 4 or 160℃ (fan oven) and bake for 20-22 minutes.

Cupcakes

175g butter/baking spread
175g sugar
3 large eggs
175g self raising flour
25ml unicorn gin or alcohol of your choice (optional)
food colouring

Divide mixture between 6 bowls and mix together gently with food colouring (I recommend pro gel colours).

Buttercream

250g unsalted butter
500g icing sugar
25ml unicorn gin or alcohol of choice (optional)
food colouring

Again, divide between 6 bowls and mix in food colouring.

Disposable cups/pride decorations were purchased from eBay.
