Feeding the world’s cake addiction, one bake at a time...
Do you have a teensy weensy ‘problem’ with cake? and, left to your own devices, would probably eat it morning, noon and night?
Worry no more fellow cake-a-holics - here is our very own cake baking feature hosted by Amy Carrieri - owner of Tilly’s Treats and baker extraordinaire.
This talented lady will become a much needed part of your life as she indulges and tantalises us with delightful, mouth-wateringly delicious treats every month.

This recipe will fill a disposable foil tray or an 8” x 8”square baking tin.
175 grams baking spread or butter
175 grams sugar
3 large eggs
175 grams self raising flour
Double the quantities if using a deep tray baking tin.
300 grams icing sugar
Sprinkles for decoration
If doubling the recipe, you’ll need to adjust your cooking time. I recommend baking between 35-40 minutes.
