Boozy Mince Pie Viennese Whirls

Preheat oven: Gas mark 5/Electric 180 °C (170 °C for fan ovens)

Bake for 15 minutes

Ingredients:

For the biscuits

250g unsalted butter (room temperature)
50g icing sugar
225g plain flour
25g cornflour
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the brandy buttercream filling

200g brandy butter
400g icing sugar
1 tablespoon Baileys, milk or hot water

I used luxury mincemeat filling
