Debbie Buss - Between Worlds
Is life passing you by?
Hello I'm Debbie Buss. I am an Intuitive Healer and Spiritual Coach. My passion is working with women, helping them to get back into their forgotten bodies.

When you become the observer of your life and those around you, you allow yourself to be open to infinite possibilities.
When you become curious and trust that there is a process of change and growth, you show your willingness to accept what is, and this is a signal that the lessons and recent experiences are done. No more learning.
By admitting that we don’t know everything, this is where we unleash freedom and power.
Your relationships with others and yourself come from discovery and curiosity. You don’t need to know if this will last forever, we get stuck by not willing to move forward, looking for the missing information, waiting for the signs.
By taking off the pressure, you discover who you are and what is reflected back to you.
When you dictate, control and try to plan, often things don’t go as expected.
When you surrender and let go, spirit has a much bigger plan for you.
What is my purpose?
We are all here for a purpose; a mission; and can spend a lifetime searching for what it is. To have a purpose in life is part of the experience.
Working only to make and accumulate wealth is not part of the purpose.
Experience is a purpose; to go through certain experiences in your life, this is also your purpose. By focusing on the material aspect you will only focus on the material gain.
This year has been pretty tough, with both my children having gone to University, and if I am totally honest, I’ve struggled with this. For the last 21 years I have played the mother role. I felt needed and I had a purpose. I wouldn’t change anything about my life, but now I am now starting another experience, while they start theirs.
One of the most powerful lessons we can have is our conviction to know what journey we are taking. We don’t need to know the direction we just need to take the first step forward and then the path will show us the way.
Ask yourself these questions:
Are you ~
- willing to entertain new possibilities?
- limiting yourself in order to be realistic?
- stopping yourself from the power of dreaming big?
- compensating* your life?
*Compensation is a reaction to deep rooted fear. You are scared, so you try to make up for this feeling.
Why do we not face our fears? Why do we not let ourselves feel our fears?
When we experience an emotion, we allow the emotion to disappear. We then feel guilty because we experienced a reaction. Guilt is ego and can sometimes be a person’s unconscious attempt to gain power and become indispensable.
Allow yourself to start feeling all the emotions. If you need to cry, then cry; if you need to shout, then shout. But take responsibility for your actions. Don’t blame others. Accept that this is another part of living the human experience. Stretch beyond your limits of your everyday perception and comfort zone, to dream of bigger things and imagine with even greater hope and faith.
Lots of Love
