Debbie Buss - Enough is enough
Is life passing you by?

Enough is enough
‘F*ck this sh*t I’m off to Narnia’ had become the prevailing response in my life for a couple of weeks recently. This really isn’t the way forward for a life coach and business owner, but it seems the Universe had other plans for me, leaving me with no other option than to step back and surrender to the situation.
When you take time out of your everyday routine and become the observer instead of the doer, you will start to see life through a different lens.
Watch how others are carrying on with their days; watch how conversations are started or not started; watch how people are afraid to speak out to avoid confrontation.
Your unlimited potential lies in the power to release old thoughts and beliefs
Feelings can get jumbled up in a mixture of miscommunication. Becoming the observer allows you to have some distance and gain perspective on some of the circumstances that are going on in your life from a neutral standpoint. This then allows you to live your life with authenticity and trust, trust in yourself, and those you spend time with.
It’s time to get honest with yourself
Sometimes, when you subconsciously deny the truth, this may drive you towards a specific outcome that aligns with an intention hidden from your awareness.
You may have a desire to get back with an ex-partner, thinking that it’s true love or destiny, only to find that the relationship hurt you so deeply, that you don’t really desire the relationship - you desire to have the final say.
Or the promotion which you have always wanted is actually you regaining your deep desire to feel acknowledged and empowered - deep down you are content with your current job; having that promotion would only add more stress to your life, and that when we get to the heart of the matter, all you actually want is to spend more time with your family.
By not being honest with ourselves all we are doing is just existing and wishing our lives reflected our social media posts.
Are you trying to create your life using the same strategies repeatedly and getting the same results repeatedly?
Is it working?
Most of us were raised in an era of formulas which inform our strategies for day-to-day living. We’ve learned formulas for:
- creating money
- weight loss
I imagine that most of what you know how to do is based upon a formula of some kind.
Formulas consist of solutions - fixed laws with probable, possible and predictable results; reasoning, logic and drive for answers.
Have you ever wondered why, if formulas are so predictable, why isn’t everyone following the same formula and creating abundance in the world?
I encourage you to learn how to truly trust your own inner-knowing and heed its messages.
Do the work to know yourself better; honestly know the good and bad in yourself; identify your path in life; and know what your true values, principles and needs are.
Be honest with yourself. View your life objectively, and use your awareness to move forward by making the right choices for the future.
When you begin to understand yourself and your life’s journey the signposts ahead will start to become clearer.
By focusing on yourself, you will know how to tap into your lovability, power of authenticity, courage, your willingness to let go of the past, your connection to source, your vitality.
Your unlimited potential lies in the power to release old thoughts and beliefs.
Lots of Love
