Stop Wishing...Start Doing...
‘You are what you eat’
4 whole eggs
2 egg whites
10-12 chopped mushrooms
Pinch of cracked black pepper
Pinch of salt
Beat the eggs, seasoning with the salt & pepper. Divide the mixture into six silicone moulds, adding in the mushrooms between the six portions.
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 20-22 minutes, or until firm and cooked through. Enjoy immediately, nice and hot or store in the fridge for an easy lunch or snack.
Who said eating healthy had to be boring?
Eat amazing .... because you ARE!
‘Feel the fear - but do it anyway’
“Sorry to bother you.”
Nothing worse than being bothered.
If you don't want to be, but just for the record...
It's never a bother to ask me a question that I may be able to help you with.
That's what I love to do and what I'm here for.
Anyway, that’s how the message started that I had yesterday.
The rest went:
"....I'm a total nightmare with technology, I was told how amazing the 12 minutes workouts are and how fab the diet is. I'm not on Facebook so unsure if I can be part of this. If I'm going to do this I want to give it my all so will want to do the diet as well as the exercise. What do you advise?"
I'm a technophobe too. Can't stand it.
I'd much rather be jumping around or talking in front of as many people as possible.
So the programmes with me HAVE to be simple to follow.
As ANON said, she has to give it her all and do the diet as well as exercise.
This is 100% what everyone should do.
Get the 12 minutes workouts into your day to boost your fitness and tone that body.
Get the nutrition healthier so you burn fat and fill yourself with energy.
If you want to follow a meal plan - you can.
#1. START. The simplest and most obvious tip, yet something SO MANY DO NOT DO.
Just start doing something. It's so freaking easy to sit back in the comfort zone doing NOTHING.
#2. SET YOUR GOAL. Why do you even want to change anyway?
Is it for your confidence, to make your family proud, to enjoy on holiday and not hide away?
Whatever it is - be clear of what you want.
#3. DO WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW. Even walking more and ditching your daily junk habit. You would STILL get results from just a small change.
#4. Stay CONSISTENT. You can't just stop. You have to make it a lifestyle and learn to ditch bad habits and create new good ones.
