‘You are what you eat’

Ok..Have a recipe on me then!

This Warm Gingerbread Smoothie should help you tick all the boxes for:

1. Being healthy this month
2. Joining in with the Christmas fun!

Tara recipeIngredients:

1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
1 Scoop (25g) Oats
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger




How To:

Add all your ingredient together and blitz. To warm it up pop in the Microwave or heat on a pan (or add some boiling water once blitzed to make your drink bigger and warmer) xxx

Only thing you've got to do now is make it and let me know what you think of it.

I've got this STUNNING client that I see every week.

She's 84!

What an inspiration...YET she ACTUALLY said to me this week,

"Oh, I'm not a very good advert for you am I?"

"Are you serious?!?!"

What an ABSOLUTE inspiration she is.

EVERY week she comes with me for an hour as she continues to invest in her health.

To stay strong, to stay as healthy as possible and to have a girly goss...

(Trust me....84 year olds still worry about the same things we do, such as clothes, skin, hair, make-up.)

What I love about Val, is her continued commitment.

Commitments are a POWERFUL act, not a word.

Val shows up and I'm sure this important part of her lifestyle has been life changing for her.

‘Knowledge is power’

Many of the girls in the programmes have started their Christmas partying (like you maybe) and they're all enjoying, indulging and saying, "I was a bit naughty...but it could have been worse!"...and the best bit, they're all still losing or at its worst - staying the same weight.

So how about you?

Are you dreading all the parties that are coming up?
Are you being really good in the week so you can let your hair down the weekend?

All of these things can make a big difference between wearing THAT DRESS you've been looking forward to or.....opting for Plan B because you feel too bloated for the slimmer outfit.

My biggest message right now is look forward to everything and enjoy.

But what will you be doing the majority of the time?

When you're drinking, choose the lower calorie drinks to get merry with.
When you're eating, choose the best options off the menu that I can help you order.
When you're needing to keep fit & toned, do those super fast AMRAP* workouts that won't take long in your super busy days.

*AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible. We do these in the party programme.
