GIANT CUPCAKE RECIPE

SPONGE:

375g Self raising flour
375g Caster sugar
375g Baking spread
6 Large eggs
20ml Whole milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
45ml Prosecco
Pink food colouring (I used Pro Gel)

BUTTERCREAM:

500g Unsalted butter
1kg Icing sugar (I used Sugar n Crumbs Raspberry Ripple)
30ml Prosecco

CUPCAKE CASE:

I melted a large bag of white candy melts and coated the base of the giant cupcake tin, setting until firm in the fridge.
