‘You are what you eat’
Maple Pancakes with Bacon & Egg
1 Scoop whey protein
1 Tablespoon psyllium husk/milled flaxseed
¼ Cup coconut or almond milk
5 drops of Myprotein.com Maple Syrup Flavdrops
2 Slices lean bacon (or turkey bacon)
Mix all the ingredients and cook on a hot pan on both sides (You can split into two or make one big one that covers the bottom of the pan). Next, cook your bacon through on both sides and your egg (Either fry in a bit of coconut oil or poach like I have in the recipe photo). Layer it up and enjoy!
